In June 2007, the company received a USD 10 million investment by QVT Fund LP (UK) to set up a new joint venture Anhui Biochem United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The new company will go on innovating and developing the technology and scale of Anti-HIV and Anti-Aids Drugs.
